“Are they Scratched up or do they still look new? And do they still have the same sound as the new ones”

I just got mine in the mail today, and I am very surprised at the quality of what I received. They look almost new, even the case does! I was very surprised! The sound amazing, but I haven't had them long enough to judge battery life though. Mine also came in the original box with a brand new cable (block not included). It was suppose to come with 3 different sized ear pieces that go on the end of the actual buds, but mine only came with two. I was missing the "medium" sized pair. Now it wasn't a huge deal breaker for me simply because the small fits my ear fine, but I can see how aggravting this could be for others who rely solely on that specific size. Other than that one issue, I haven't a bad thing to say about them yet (although I've only had them maybe 2 hours). No clue how the battery is going to work yet, but I'm hopeful by how excellent quality everything else is that the battery will be no exception.

I think it may be whoever owned the previously so their may be a little cosmetic wear but you can always return them if you are unhappy with the product itself. Also the sound seems to be the same as new.
