• You won't run into any issues of durability and my refurbished looked like they hadn't even been worn. However, I would recommend buying open box if you can because best buy does a terrible job repackaging accessories by either missing some, including 3rd party eartips or the wrong charging cable. So in essense, Galaxy Buds are fantastic, Best Buy Refurbished packagers are not. Buy open box form BB instead for insure you'll get all the right accessories.

• refurbished are actually tested out more than the new ones so you have a better chance of them being of better quality.

• Mine work great ans are just as durable. Only difference was the cushions we're not factory
