Very easy install. I'm using them with my note 10. They paired up automatically in seconds. They sound great during calls and music . They range is not bad . I can be in a different room than my phone. Also I didn't have the problem people reporting that the charging case doesn't close with the replacement tips .

These are now my favorite earbuds. BUT, when they came they had earbud tips that would not fit in the case. Because of this, they would not charge. Also, the ear tips would come off and get stuck in my ear. I ended up buying generic Galaxy Bud ear tips on Amazon for $10. Now, the Galaxy Buds work and they are great with the generic tips. I think this was a stupid mistake on Best Buys part. They should have sourced better tips from the start. The earbuds looked like new and work great for me.

The earpieces are not factory pieces, so if you can over come the fact that the earphones wont charge with them on, then you will be fine... I wrap a rubberbinder around the case it puts enough pressure on the contacts inside and they charge up just fine. At almost half the cost, well worth the time.

I just got them but I already love them! For being refurbished I was a little skeptical but so far they are very nice. The buds, case, extra ear pieces are all very nice. Sound quality is great too. And they actually fit in my little ears.

The best electronics I'm a Best Buy customer for more than? Well, I don't want to lie to you, 10 or 15 years all the time, the excellent staff, the electronics, the best quality.

My ear buds came in about 3 days from order date. They came in original packing, inside of the original Samsung charging case, with charger cable, changeable buds, and the Samsung manual. I've worn these daily and they connect EASILY. I just ordered a pair for my husband. Dont pay full price for the same quality of the refurbished ones.

I'm really happy with my purchase. It works really well. Came in nice packaging and with all accessories. It synced right away and very easy to use. The sound quality is really good and provides crystal clear sound while making calls. There is no issue with the charging yet and the buds fit perfectly into the charging case without any trouble.

I was sceptical when I was about to buy these because of the reviews but I placed an order anyway because this is a good deal even if I had to buy the ear tips. Right after placing the order for these galaxy buds I went to aliexpress and ordered ear tips for like 75 cents just to be sure. I received the galaxy buds yesterday and they came with the correct ear tips and ear wings. Review for the galaxy buds themself: They sound better than the airpods but not the airpods pros. These are comfortable and sound good for the price they are!

I've always wanted Galaxy buds so when u saw that they were on sale I had to get them. I bought them knowing that they were refurbished but the ones I got were brand knew! The only thing is that you can tell by the box that they aren't sealed. They worked perfectly as well and sound amazing.

I am enjoying the hands-free "perk" of having this device. Great sound quality and awesome features. The added benefit is having the rechargeable box. I am very happy that I made the decision to buy this product.

Very nice earbuds, had to order 2 pair because the first pair came very used and gross. These were refurbished but still.

Beautiful color, the quality of the sound is super really like them, my only concern is that they are a little bit slippery so be careful when getting them out of the case

I received my headphones in what was an obvious electronics return box. These are refurbished so not a big deal, I knew what I was ordering. I look through the box and all the parts except for the instruction packet are included. Still good. Upon opening the headphone case and beginning to put the rubber ear pieces, I noticed an odd orange crust around the speaker piece. Upon looking further, visible ear wax accumulation was over both buds and inside the case. I have never been so disgusted in my life. I almost put those in my ears. Do you have any idea how many germs can be found on an earbud and that it is highly and widely recommended to not share earbuds? Not to mention that we're in the middle of a worldwide pandemic. I am just utterly horrified that a major retailer would not disinfect and sanitize a previously-used-and-then-returned item, especially in this sort of situation. Then, I tried calling customer service to talk to someone about this and after navigating through a poorly set up phone system, I was told by an electronic voice that no one could speak to me and every time since, it's been the same story. I tried looking on the website for online support that I could talk to and could not find that info as well. My fiance ordered a set of the black refurbished version of these buds and his was in a box that had clearly never been opened and they work amazing, which only makes my experience that much more disappointing. And the worst part is I got a good deal on these and I know these are what I want, but how can I trust an exchange with another refurbished set after an experience like this??

Very nice piece of hi tech and very comfortable on the ears

I forgot these ear buds were refurbished. They work perfectly. The case/ear buds are quick to charge. The only pitfall is that the ear buds are small and black which makes them easy to lose. *A note on the pictures: I've had these ear buds for a year now, so the case is scratched. However, it was not like that when I got them.
