“I see a lot of reviews saying the wrong tips are included and that they do not work, is there anyway to ensure I receive galaxy tips that actually work? I would like to purchase these as a gift and would hate for the recipient to have issues with the tips”

• They will come with tips that do not fit the case, however you can purchase some that will be a good fit for the case separately.

• Take them to a Best Buy store with your concerns. They may address it in-store while they might not online.
