• I ordered twice, once original order, the second time replacement, and both times the M size tips were missing. I can only presume that other things might be missing as well... Customer service not responding to communication either.

• The original ear tips and ear wings are not included. Best Buy includes their own generic Insignia ear tips (no wings included at all) which do'nt fit as well, and prevent the case from closing to charge. All else is present, if a bit scuffed.

• I received the case and charging cable, but only the large and medium rubber ear tips. No original box or manual, either.

• Yes, the accessories are included. 3 pairs of ear tips, 3 pairs of secure fit wingtips, and a charging case (252 mAh).
