Yes they do but I don't recommend them cause u can't get them fix or replace a bud without dealing with Samsung and theres is little to none repairs shops for Samsung In the USA and if u find one near u they will charge same price of new bud. Do better going with apple buds or something else.

Yes. You can connect them to any device through bluetooth but there are some features that will not work - automatic sync between devices and the ambient sound mode.
