- Answer They are previously owned. I know because when I connected them, they popped up on my phone as Scotts buds (the guy who owned them before me) but they are brought up to new spec. Work flawlessly.

- Answer They come with a Type-C charging cable but not a wall adapter. The wall adapter needs to be purchased separately if you don't already have one.
