Hello, do the rubber ear fittings need to be removed from the ear buds each time they need placed inside the case to charge? Am I doing something wrong that they don't fit in the case unless i remove the rubber fittings? Thanks! null

You shouldn’t have to remove the fitting.  You will need to place the ear buds in the correct plot in the case….L eft on the left side and R ight the right side of the case.

No they do not need to be remove,just make sure left side in the right section in the case and the right as well and the air tips are firmly on the buds

They most likely shipped with the galaxy buds pro ear tips or a different models ear tips. Mine had the same thing happen. They just included the wrong ear tips in the refurbished package.

Assuming they are the correct tips they should fit.  Make sure they are on the correct side.  They are marked with either a L or R.  They do fit snugly though

No, the fittings should stay on the buds.  My pop right into their case for charging, small to large ear fittings worked.

They fit in the case just fine with the rubber bud on.

No leave them on... remove only when cleaning or replacing with new ones.... make sue you're putting the ear buds in the right side .... left and right you should be ok
