• It sometimes take a second for the watch to respond. Be certain to make distinct, soft taps and not a tap and a swipe.

• I did at first, but got it figured out pretty quickly. I thought mine was defective but just kept trying it. I took my pointer and middle fingers, and double tapped the screen together. I don't know if I just wasn't doing it right at first, but it's like double tapping a mouse button, but with two fingers. Hope this helps.
