Will this model work with the S5? null

It works with any device including my iPhone 5S

Yes the Samsung Galaxy Gear will work with the same devices as the New and much greatly improved Gear 2 device. How ever with all the updates and improvements i would not recommend the Galaxy Gear as a smart wearable tech investment lags in the technology and dust/water rating to really be useful.
