Yes, Bluetooth keyboards will work just fine, you can also find genuine keyboard cases for the Tab 4 (Belkin, Logitech and Zagg make some) and there are plenty of cheaper cases on Amazon and eBay that have a keyboard attached. If you're talking about a computer keyboard with a usb, you would have to get a usb to micro-usb adapter in order to connect. I'm sure sure with that adapter it should work.

Yes you can attach a keyboard to the Galaxy Tab 4 10.1- 16GB. Actually my keyboard is bluetooth so it is wireless and I have a case that holds my tablet and keyboard attaches to the case. The keyboard doesn't hold charge that well but it still works. Just depends on brand and where you buy I guess. When you purchase a keyboard for any tablet, it is important to make sure you match the models and you are getting the correct one that was made for your tablet.
