“I ordered this on Sunday, wanted fast shipping so I paid extra of course for it to come today, Tuesday. I don't know if it was because of this, I really don't but it keeps freezing every 3 minutes or so. Help??”

Since its refurbished, it was definitely cracked and then replaced so it probably had previous issues that they never found out about, nothing you can do tough luck!
