Q: Questionwhat is the return policy on refurbished items?

• A:Answer from their return policy statement "You can return or exchange almost everything within 15 days for a full refund." i bought the same device refurb in december '14 and asked the same question. it was in perfect condition, decided to keep it after using it for the two weeks. this seems to be the minimum timeframe for all their products, new/refurb.

• A:Answer Refurbished items will work at 100% unless noted as refurbished items are made to be in like new condition for resale.

• A:Answer No. It has a micro SD slot not SIM. It's Wi-Fi only and internet works on home Wi-Fi and nationwide hotspots through your cable Wi-Fi or cellular company if available. You can also tether the tab via Bluetooth to get hotspot Wi-Fi through another Bluetooth enabled device.

• A:Answer There are not a whole lot of differences, but it is evident that the Galaxy Tab S has more vibrant colors than the Pro. Gamers seem to love the S better than the Pro.

• A:Answer no. don't see the speaker phone thing you mentioned, but there would be one more slot next to the micro sd card for the SIM card.
