This one was not. We actually had the discussion with a friend that enabled her apple watch on cellular snd when it comes down to it are ever really wothout your cellphone? The bluetooth connection and even the ablulity to answer and talk on calls is all there with your phone nearby. You can leave your phone in your pocket and do all these feom the watch. And you dont need to pay the extra $10 a month for another line
