- Answer Go to the setting app, scroll down to "device info," and then do a "factory reset." This will completely clear the device of any account information, apps, or settings they had on the watch. Enjoy!

- Answer It's the same. Mine came with broken watchbands and they took it back with no problems . The watchbands will always break so samsung I read will replace and or you can go on eBay and switch out the watchband link to use any watchbands
