• I just saw your question. If you haven't already figured it out, the answer is no. The only version you can activate on a mobile network are the ones you get from the mobile carrier themselves. The ICCID's have to be preregistered with their network first. For no other reason except so they can make more money. You will probably see on multiple websites that the model's are all the same. This is true. Except for the fact that the ones that the mobile carriers sale have an electronic sim built in to each of them. Hope this helps..

• It is connected to your phone by bluetooth. So,phone needs to be close by for it to work
