• It depends did you get a replacement plan or a service plan? A replacement plan means they replace it with a new one if it's a service plan they will generally fix yours if it's not able to be fixed General you get a new one.

• What you paid for it is all that matters. If you pay $217 for it, then thats what you will get in return. They will put it on a gift card & you will not get another watch unless you find another refurb for the same price or are willing to pay the difference.

• The only way to get a new one if you buy a refurbished one is by paying the difference on price, this happened to me .
