• The Watch comes with the charger and one band. It is refurbished (the one I bought). You can include a warranty from Best Buy, I'm not sure about Samsung warranty since it was refurbished. It works great and I couldn't notice any signs of use

• If you scroll through the Specifications on the page for the refurb watch, it say manufacturer warranty of 90 days for parts and 90 days labor. That compares to 1 year for a new watch.
