Does the Q7 have HDMI ports and ARC? I'm sure it will work fine. This system is totally amazing, especially with the rear speaker kit. I have one and it blows me away every time I pop in a 4k disc with Dolby Atmos or DTS-X sound. It really throws the sound all around and above you.
