You have to turn it up pretty high to hear the overhead Atmos speakers sounds reflect off the ceiling (I have 10’ ceilings) in our apartment. My wife is always telling me to turn it down, so I don’t hear as much as I probably would if I had the volume up higher. Overall happy with it still.

Absolutely, it’s pretty phenomenal at any volume but you might want to invite them over for a movie so you can turn it up and impress them!! Truly is better sound than you will hear at any theater.
