My Samsung a-40r sound bar needs to stay on all the time how do I stop it from turning its self off after a period of inactivity null

If it is connected to a TV I set my tv to sleep not off that way the sound bar doesn't turn off.

Hi Hilton! The HW-A40R will turn off after approximately 18 minutes without activity on the soundbar as part of the energy saving functions built in. This feature can only be disabled for the AUX connection by pressing and holding the play/pause button for 5 seconds when the AUX source is selected. If utilizing optical or Bluetooth connections however, the soundbar will automatically turn itself on when detecting a signal from a connected device, eliminating the need for you to turn the soundbar on manually, or require the soundbar to constantly be powered on.
