“I have the HW-A40R with wireless rear speakers, but the rear speakers produce no sound. The rear speaker hub is light solid blue, but no sound from the speakers. What am I doing wrong?”

They colored the wires wrong it turns out BLACK IS RED and RED IS BLACK!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The first comment helped fix my issue with the rear speakers not working! Switched the wires on the back of each speaker and they started working. They’re not very loud though but at least they work

I've been troubleshooting this for about 2 hours now and the 2 rear speakers are not emitting sound....even though it's a solid blue light on the base and its set to SURROUND.....will be returning them tomorrow.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi KP68! Different sound modes will have different effects on the surround sound performance depending on the format of the source content. If you set the sound mode to SURROUND, you will get surround sound effect from the rear speakers. ^Tim
