Hi Tjw5! The HW-A40R does not feature built in sync adjustment settings. You can minimize the delay by using the digital optical audio cable instead of the wireless Bluetooth connection. Also, you may want to update the soundbar to the latest firmware version, often times improving the connection to external devices and eliminating the delay. ^Tim
