Hi JuanP! If connected to the TV via HDMI ARC, the soundbar will automatically switch to the ARC input instead of the digital optical connection. Either remove the HDMI connection to the TV allowing the soundbar to utilize the optical connection from the PS4, or connect the PS4 direct to the TV allowing the sound to pass through the TV to the soundbar. You can adjust the Audio Sync by pressing the Sound Control button on the remote.
