Hi Shah! This HW-A550 soundbar system is designed for use in the US and only offers full support for 110-120V.

Spent time overseas in the Airforce. Living on base we had standard 120/110 service. Living off base we had to use converters for most items like this. You can find them in Amazon. I found some TVs sold on base that were dual voltage, but that was about it. You may also need adapter plugs for anything dual voltage. Don't plug anything in that is not clearly labeled dual voltage.
