“My Samsung HW A550. This sound bar keeps disconnecting bluetooth by switching from Bluetooth to D.IN automatically. It will connect and pair from my phone and then just cut out. I've tried hard reset and my power button on the speaker won't work. ???”

You might want to look at positioning anything between you and the sound bar? that could be blocking Bluetooth or are you in a bad Bluetooth area? Is your phone up-to-date? There it could be a lot of reasons for for dropping a Bluetooth signal and sorry to say we the consumer are generally at fault when it comes to proper connectivity. As for my 550 I’m not experiencing that problem.
