The sync has to do with audio being a little delayed or ahead of the video (and dialogue doesn't match people's lip movements when talking).

If you are using the SOUND CONTROL button to change the audio sync between 0 - 300 milliseconds, and it's not improving your audio delay. Check your TV's settings to change the Audio Format to Pass-Through. 2020, 2021 and 2022 Samsung TVs have a feature called Audio Pass-Through. You can use this feature to correct your audio-sync issue if you are connecting to a Samsung TV. On your TV go to: Settings > Audio > Expert Settings > Digital Audio Output Format > Pass-Through.
