• The voltage should be 110. If you have 220+ it won't work. Maybe look for an adapter. Here in USA that 220 volt will be used for a new washing machine.

• Hi patrick, Samsung Soundbars that are sold within the United States are not dual voltage and will not be compatible for use in areas that require a 220v plug. ~Samsung Solutions
