Yes the will work. Sounds quality is the only difference. But unless you know what to look for you won't be able to tell

The HW-Q700A Soundbar will have the features SpaceFit Sound, AirPlay2, the ability to connect using Wi-Fi and it will also "Work With" Alexa, meaning you can pair it with an Echo speaker to give commands to the soundbar. These are features that the HW-Q600B Soundbar does not have. Both soundbars can take advantage of using eARC when connecting to a TV. ~Samsung Solutions
