“I have the Unit set up as Bluetooth through my samsung tv about once a week it disconnects and I have to unplug the tv and sound bar for it to reestablish connection again. The unit is less than 10 feet from the TV no obstructions in the way.”

It could be an unstable internet connection. Also, you only have to power the soundbar off and back on, you don't have to unplug anything or power your TV off/on.
