Hi Rbek. You only need to connect the Music Frame with either Wi-Fi or Bluetooth not both. To use Q-Symphony using the Music Frame is available only when connected with a (1) 2023-2024 Samsung TV, or (2) 2023-2024 Samsung TV and 2024 Samsung Soundbar. ~ Samsung Solutions
