Hi Sean! You can connect the HW-Q600A to the 55C7000 TV from Samsung with a digital optical cable (not included); however, this TV model does not support Q Symphony which allows both the TV speakers and the soundbar to work together for a more immersive sound experience. You will need to toggle between the TV speakers or the soundbar. I hope this helps! ^Tim
