“Is this soundbar worth the $120 or so upgrade from the HW-A650? This one just have the upward firing speakers and it Dolby Atmos, although I have read that it's not great. Thank you!”

Hi Mark! Samsung features a wide range of soundbars each with their own features and improvements. Should you want a more immersive sound experience, I would suggest upgrading to the HW-Q600A featuring Dolby Atmos Support. This will allow the soundbar to further fill the room with sound by utilizing the built in upward firing sound from the Acoustic Beam. In addition to Dolby Atmos, you can pair the HW-Q600A to a Q Symphony compatible Samsung TV allowing the TV speakers and soundbar to work together to get the most out of your products. ^Tim
