• It could, but I wouldn’t do that. The soundbar sends sound in all directions. The tv would block the sound come if from the top.

• Hi! The Q600A includes mounting hardware allowing you to secure the soundbar direct to the wall below the TV. You should position the soundbar at least 2" below the TV for optimal sound performance. ^Tim
