Deszy is trying to tell me how to work the remote when theirs didn't even come with one? Sorry, that doesn't help make mine work. Also, this soundbar DOES have bluetooth capabilities, but that's not what connects the subwoofer to it. Wow. Just, wow.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've recently bought the Sasmung QN800 tv with the same same sound bar. The sound bar didn't come with the remote due to it being a open box item. When I connected both items with eArc hdmi, I had to go to settings and change the audio to that soundbar. Everything will be connected to that one remote. The only bluetooth I am aware of is the Soundbar to the Subwoofer. Other than that, this soundbar doesn't have any other bluetooth capabilities. My only dislike is the eArc has to load up first (which it doesn't take long), an order to use any other sources i.e firestick, roku, gaming, blu-ray. Once you turn the tv off, the soundbar turns off. Cut it on, it will cut on. Make sure the soundbar settings is on eArc as well. Hope all of this helped.
