Hope you returned it. Mine did something similar. Samsung told me it needed repair. It was 3 days old, so I am taking it back and getting something else. Should have stuck with Sony.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It would appear you may have a bad sound bar. What you explained happened to me, just after four hours of use. I would suggest you make sure all the HDMI connections are tight. After trouble shooting with my installer I called Best Buy TotalTec support, since I’m a member, and explained the issue and was scheduled an in-house appt with their geek squad team. After a few minutes of troubleshooting their declared it dead. They arranged for me to get a new one the same day. The new one continues to function as it should. Contact Best Buy about returning it for either a new one or refund.
