You can connect sound-bar to any tv that has HDMI or Bluetooth technology. Recommended connection is thru HDMI because thru Bluetooth sound is delayed due to wireless delivery so your picture would not be synchronized with sound. It could be up to 10 seconds delay which would drive you crazy. If you gonna connect phone or other device thru Bluetooth to listen music than connection thru Bluetooth is ok since you don’t have video running and you don't see that sound delay.
