“My HW-Q65T only has two sound modes , games and adaptive. Is this normal ? Can it be reset ?”

Try hooking the sound bar to the tv arc via a hdmi cord
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Hack! The HW-Q65T should have 5 sound modes available: Standard, Surround, Game Pro, Adaptive Sound, and DTS Virtual:X. Please try to re-initialize your soundbar again by pressing the - + (volume) buttons at the same time for at least 5 seconds. “INIT” appears on the display when the soundbar is initialized. Please also make sure that you have the latest firmware update. You can update your firmware by using a USB device.
