Would love to be able to reply to the Samsung "Answer" however there is no reply option. I have already reached out to Samsung and they of course are useless for the issue. I'm just going to return the item. I have tried updating firmware, resetting to factory, getting to INIT, nothing works. I actually reached out to Samsung support 2 different times and both agents had no clue. I find it hard to believe I am the first person this has happened to. Anyway. Very unfortunate
