Hi ShadowsTexture! The TU7000 is not compatible with Q Symphony, however you will still be able to take advantage of DTS Virtual:X and the other great audio features provided by the soundbar. Samsung TVs are only compatible with one audio device at a time. You will not be able to connect both the Q65T and the J4500 audio devices at the same time. ^Tim
