How are the wireless speakers powered ? null

Rear speaker kit with wireless transmitter. Transmitter plugs in, speakers connect to it via long speaker wires.

yes, they have their own transmitter and they are connected to a base unit (using speaker wire) which wirelessly connects to the soundbar.
