Hello jpf219, The rear speakers of the HW-Q750B Soundbar will connect using provided speaker cables to a central transmitter. This is then wireless to the Soundbar so you do not have any cables running around the room. ~Samsung Solutions

Not really. The rear speakers are attached by wire to what appears to be a Bluetooth receiver. So the audio signal travels without wires from the sound bar to the receiver, but then travels from the receiver to each speaker by wire. I understand that true 100% wireless rear speakers are rare.
