The surround speakers directly connect to the system wirelessly, no rear receiver. But you need a power outlet within about 4 feet of each surround speaker as they only have power cords, no speaker wires.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi gusfring007, The new HW-Q930B Soundbar has true wireless rear speakers which do not need a transmitter connection. ^Andrew
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is no transmitter. It's all built in the soundbar/speakers. The rear speakers are true wireless and just need plugged in a power outlet.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The rears directly link to soundbar. No extra module.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I own this and my guess is that the wireless adapter is built into the main bar because there is no extra adapter box like on other models and the speakers sync together instantly.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The transmitters are built in to the surround speakers and SW. Mine linked up right out of the box. There are 5 pieces in the box: remote control, soundbar, Subwoofer, 2xsurround speakers, plus 4 power cords (and 2 batteries plus some hardware). There is no separate "transmitter".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. There is no wireless transmitter for the rear speakers as there are on the lower models. The speakers are larger than previous models and wirelessly transmit on their own and only need to be plugged into a power source. Definitely makes for a cleaner looking setup from the rear view.
