I don't know for sure that they run on the 5 GHz Channel most smart devices for your home runs at 2.4 GHz if they're cutting out they may be too far from The Sound Bar itself now you have the option to broadcast through the Wi-Fi or to broadcast through the main sound bar to all your other speakers by selecting wi-fi on your soundbar however I use the HDMI cable and broadcast from the soundbar's built-in wireless connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you are getting consistent sound through the soundbar, maybe your satellite speakers are too far from the soundbar. The satellite speakers and subwoofer connect to the soundbar via bluetooth, not wifi. Check for distance between soundbar and satellites and if any obstruction between them.
