“I'm at the point of returning this system. reason being is because the real speaker will not sink with the sub. Don't understand why Samsung haven't fix this issue. Plus I'm not the only one that run across this problem, so what other chose do I have?”

Make sure you don't have any obstruction between the speakers and the soundbar...and try to keep them in the line of sight of each other...if I remember correctly the maximum distance is 35ft ? And there could be an interference between other accessories running bluetooth...hope that helps !!
