Q: QuestionCan I add more speakers. If so where can I find them? I currently have a wired system with 4 (two front, two rear) a sub woffer and a sound bar. Will the "smaller" speaker system provide similar results?

• A:Answer Hi David! As long as your soundbar is connected to your TV via HDMI ARC, you will be able to control the volume and power of your soundbar using your TVs remote. If the feature is not working, or you are not connected via HDMI, you can adjust the remote settings of the soundbar. This function can be used with IR remote controls only. Bluetooth remote controls (remote controls that require pairing) are not supported. Set the TV speaker to External Speaker to use this function. 1) Turn Off the Soundbar. 2) Push up and hold the WOOFER button for 5 seconds. Each time you push the WOOFER button up and hold it for 5 seconds, the mode switches in the following order: “Samsung-TV Remote” (Default mode), “Off-TV Remote”, “All-TV Remote”. The LED indicator status changes each time the mode is changed. Should you need further assistance, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG. ~Samsung Solutions

Q: QuestionCan you manually adjust the balance for the rear speakers? For example if I'm sitting on the right side of my couch closer to the right rear speaker, can I bias the volume towards the left speaker to have the volume more evened out from where I'm sitting?

• A:Answer Hi Jordan, Yes you can control the volume of each speaker, press the CH LEVEL button on the provided remote. Then select CENTER LEVEL, SIDE LEVEL, WIDE LEVEL, FRONT TOP LEVEL, REAR LEVEL, or REAR TOP LEVEL. Once you find the channel you are looking for, adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons. you can adjust all of these same settings and more within the SmartThings app. Download the app for your iOS or Android device and then connect your Soundbar to Wi-Fi. From here, you will be able to adjust all of the same settings as the provided remote, but with the added benefit of being able to see the changes on your smart device. ~ Samsung Solutions
