Will this sound bar work with a Visio tv? null

Yes, this will work with a Visio TV - as long as your Visio TV supports a compatible audio. For wired audio connections, you need either an HDMI port that supports ARC (Audio Return Channel), or an optical audio output. For wireless audio, your TV must support Bluetooth connection to external speakers. It really does not matter what brand the TV is. It matters what technology the TV supports. Most smart TVs will work with this soundbar.
