“I have a TCL tv, if I connect the soundbar to it, does the audio sync with the TV audio and sound bar at the time or it only choose the sound bar or TV for audio?”

• Hi there, The HW-S60B Soundbar will not be able to work at the same time as a TCL TV speakers. ~Samsung Solutions

• You can choose both on settings but automatically the tv audio will be sent to the sound bar. You want to send the tv audio to only the sound bar so it sounds smooth!
