• no to both. LED light would be great but no, it does not have one. See my review. Power is good.

• No, you do not need to hold the power switch to stay on. There are no lights on the base but there are on the top where you start/stop! Hope this helps!

• It does not have an led light, and there is no trigger to pull the on button and all other controls are on the handle

• Hi there, Yes, this vacuum model has an LED display, and you don't need to press the power switch to stay on. The power button only uses for turning on/off the vacuum. Have a great day. Melardo
