• You can hook up speakers via Bluetooth. And yes, you can stream directly from the TV without a computer. I use it like a normal TV.

• Yes you can It's a TV but it doesn't have the over the air antenna connection, so I believe that's why they call it a monitor It has streaming services built into the unit
